kcn Member Join Date: May 2014 Posts: 31 Rep Power: 11	Hello, I'm trying to simulate a wind turbine in OpenFOAM. The impeller geometry is available as a stl file and I'm using snappyHexMesh with a background mesh to do the meshing. I need to specify the axis of rotation in dynamicMeshDict. This should pass through the center of turbine blade. My problem is how can I obtain the coordinates of the center point of stl file (turbine blade) located in background mesh? Can some one please help? Thanks kcn
