I'd like to use topoSet together with createPatches to specify boundary conditions on a complex surface. I give topoSet an stl and use the triSurfaceMesh option to mark the faces I'd like to add to the new patches. So far so good, except that topoSet's tolerances are so tight that I don't end up with a smooth patch, but something akin to Swiss cheese. Is it possible to relax the tolerances that topoSet uses so that really all faces I'm interested in are picked up?

Cheers

Anton
