[Proportion]

Hello Foamers,

I am trying to set up a case in Openfoam-2.4.-MNF, specifically I want to use dsmcFoam+. In my simulation I am trying to model a gas flow emerging from a thruster into near-vacuum. For the inlet I am using the boundary condition "dsmcMassFlowRateInlet" which is specific to dsmcFoam+. The setup within the "boundariesDict" is the following:

This allows me to specify the overall massflow going through the surface (3 g/s). However, I would like to apply a massflow-profile (and temperature/velocity-profile) over the surface; i.e. have a specified massflow for every cell of the inlet patch.

Does anyone know some good advice on this?
