Complex Geometry/Shape in setFields (e.g. from Salome)

Hi,
I just started to work with OpenFoam and CFD at all, so I hope you can help me.

At the moment I try to adjust the dambreak tutorial.
Is there an opportunity to change the shape of the water column in a more complex one than the already given (like boxToCell,sphereToCell,...)?

I want to create a complex aspheric shape (instead of the water column), and if it's possible I would like to create it with SALOME or another suitble software and then export it to OpenFoam/setFields.

Does anybody know if this is possible and if yes, how?

Have you looked at other cell selection methods? It looks like surfaceToCell might be helpful (https://github.com/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM...ed/topoSetDict).
