Default Real-time X-Y plot in paraFoam

Dear Foamers,

I have post processed the flow rate through the inlet patch. Now I have a file that contains time vs flow rate at each time step.

How I can plot those two variables in real-time in paraFoam in the same manner used in the following video:

Where the power vs time is plotted in real-time together with a 3d plot of vorticity.
