how to make jump pressure internal field

Dear friends.
i try made jump pressure that like a fan internal field. I want to give a free flow around the fan and give a certain boost after passing the fan, but I don't know how to do it. If you know how, please let me know. thank you, friends. |

If you google for openfoam fan tutorial, you find e. g. this one:
