I'm running interFoam on OpenFOAM 6.0 on Linux. I ran a simulation for 17 seconds, with writeInterval = 0.5. After changing a boundary condition, I would like to start from the 7th second. So I change my control dict to read:
Code:
startFrom startTime;
startTime 7;
The output displays that time is starting from the 7th second, but when I execute paraFoam, time goes through the 17th second. Will these later times just be overwritten?

Thanks so much.

This does not seem to be the case. Do you have to reconstructPar first?
