Detached Eddy Simulation

Hi everyone,
I'm going to implement DES turbulent model in my simulation. I have created a mesh for flow over cylinder with snappyHexMesh before, so now I wanna know how I can start with DES?
Any idea would be valuable!

Do the incompressible tutorials of pimpleFoam help you?

Yes, it would help me. I don't know how I should start my procedure for simulation of flow over cylinder with DES!
Which one of the mentioned tutorials is suitable for my case?
