I'm trying to increase the partitions of an already partitioned case, and mapping the data on the new partitions. I use v2206.
I made some limited progress, but can't figure out the workflow. For some processors the mesh is placed in the constant folder, for others - in the time folders. I'm not sure I understand the -constant flag. I managed to go through a two-step process, first with numberOfSubdomains =1, and then one more step with the desired number of partitions, but the data from the last timestep are not mapped to the newly created partitions. Bottom line, if someone knows how to do that, please let me know what the workflow is thank you so much, Emilian |
