question about createPhi.H

cctv is on a distinguished road
Hi
I found there are two different createPhi.H files in openFoam,One is linearInterpolate(hU) & mesh.Sf()
and the other is
linearInterpolate(U) & mesh.Sf().
Who knows what does hU mean here?
