Hi everyone,
I'm running a Les of a turbulent flow around a square cylinder. I would need to evaluate, at every time step, this quantity: p*(n_x + n_y + n_z). p pressure (n_x, n_y, n_z) unit normal vector to surfaces Could anyone help me? Really thank you Marta |

Perhaps swak4foam can help you (https://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/Contrib/swak4Foam). Especially this example uses the normals of faces:

Thanks a lot,
actually I would prefer to evaluate that quantity during the time loop, because I than take its divergence and I add other terms coming from the velocity U. But for sure I'm having a look on what you sent me. Thanks again Marta |
