Default dynamicMesh morphing pipe

When I use the morphing mesh, since the model is inside a pipe, the calculation field is very small and the motion of the objects sometimes comes very close to the wall, which causes the mesh to deform a lot and the calculation collapses. Do you have any good suggestions for me?
