Hi
I am working in the simulation of two-phase flow with porous media. I add porous media by using Darcy-Forchimier source term in momentum. it has two constants related to permeability C1 (m-2)and inertia resistance C2 (m-1). My question is related to how I can attribute C1, C2 to relative values? . I saw in literature they multiply intrinsic permeability by volume phase fraction. is it correct? If yes, we totally have 4 constant numbers that must be put in software. instead of 4 constant numbers can I put average values for permeability and inertia resistance coefficient of both phases and reduce them to two values? |
