why there is a system folder in processor folder

Default why there is a system folder in processor folder

My customized solver based on pimpleFoam create a system folder in each processor folder. This causes a problem when restarting the case, because it uses the controlDict file there other than the file in the upper system folder.

Does anybody know why my solver is creating this folder while the original openfoam pimleFoam does not?
