I am using Hp Z6 G4 workstation. It have two processors each with 20 physical cores in it but the lscpu on wsl only detects the one processor, due to which i am not able to fully utilize all the physical cores of system.

I am getting this on lscpu

klausb will become famous soon enough
It's probably an OS (Windows) specific problem most likely caused by a driver conflict or you're using a Windows version that doesn't support 2 sockets. Apparently Windows "Home" editions don't support 2 sockets while "Professional" editions do - double check your version specific socket support before spending money on an upgrade and remember that Linux doesn't have this problem and is free and can be installed using a dual boot configuration (I would recommend to install Linux on a separate/additional drive).

Oh you are goddamn right. I spend all of my money on upgrade and after that I realise that I just needed to use 2 sockets not the one only.
