Hi,
I am currently looking at the cyclic boundary conditions and trying to find what are the conditions apply in terms of velovity and pressure. Does somebody can help me on this? I was looking at the code but it is really hard to follow. I am using rhoSimplecFoam solvers. Many thanks, Pierre. |

Well to be more precise, it is probably a stupid question, I would like to know what kind of main rules are applied in the code: for example the pressure is continuous and the velocity too. So could we assume that between the two patches (defining the cyclic boundary) the first derivatives and the values are equal?
Does the code ensure to have always the same values each side of the patch at each simulations? Many thanks to your answers, Pierre. |
