Coupling of OpenFOAM solvers

Hi,
These materials by Klas Jareteg, describes about block coupling of solvers.

Along with "block coupling ", what are the others types of coupling done in OpenFOAM?

OpenFOAM commonly uses segregated solving, that means the equations for the fields are solved in sequence and require a convergence loop.
