Default heat and radiations in a pipe solve with chtMultiRegionSimpleFoam

Dear thermics Foamers,
i spent quiet a lot of time to set up a classical case, hot fumes (873K) are expelled in a exhaust (at 10m/s) this 3d pipe surrounded by air (300K) here my case:
i don't understand why chtMultiRegionSimpleFoam crach after 3s ... with this message:

FOAM aborting
