Hi,

I saw that there is an option for thermocouple correction in OpenFOAMv16+:

http://www.openfoam.com/version-v161...g-thermocouple

I am not sure it is correct for the radiation. According to the code, the balance equation for radiation is emissivity*(G-sigma*T⁴).

I do not think it is correct because G is not Qin. For a boundary condition at a wall, we use Marshak boundary conditions:

I would think that we have to use it instead of the simple form that is used in openfoam v16+.

I have not got the same result when I change it. Which one is correct ?

Thanks for your response.
