Hello everyone,
I am trying to simulate a simple 2D turbine that is a flow driven motion. I am using 6DoF as motion solver and cyclicAMI boundary condition for rotating domain. oie_frgzJ4GoLikl.png As soon as I keep my front and back side of rotor as 'walls' after doing little calculations it displays an error - "Unable to set source and target faces" And when I keep my front side as wall and back side as empty, it completes its calculation but as soon as I run the case in paraView, the mesh inside circular region starts distorting and finally after little time the back side just converges in front side. Screenshot from 2017-08-28 00-28-43.jpg I think that setting back side as 'empty' would be a wrong boundary condition. I intend to set back side as 'wall'. I am using OF4.1 and linux 16.04 Here is case file https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B6...EVSWEtmMS0ydDQ Can anyone please help me in this case. |
