Hello everyone,

After working on my problem of a fluid passing in a channel of square section where I took account of convection and conduction, I would like to add the radiation.

The model I chose is FVDom since my fluid radiates just like the walls.

My problem is with the validation of the results. When I try to make a manual approximation I never arrive at the same order.

I think my problem comes from the inlet and the outlet. I have searched extensively on the forum but I have not found anything about it and this is the reason for my post.

How OF considers inlets and outlets in the radiation model? black body? opaque?

I tried to define them differently in the Idefault file but nothing has changed in the results ...

Would anyone have the answer to my problem?

Thank you in advance.

Regards,

V.
