Dear all,
I'm very confused now with the data output of the parameter of volume fraction of the dispersed phase concerning Lagrangian particle field. As you know, we can get the volume fraction through function of VOID FRACTION, and it is named KinematicCloudTheta in the result files of the solver. In my codes, I need to calculate some parameters using this KinematicCloudTheta. But I found that the value that I got from the Lagrangian codes is different from the results files, like the following: In the results files, I got the value of KinematicCloudTheta like Figure 1 (close to 0.001), but when I quoted this parameter in my codes shown in Figure 2, the output value i s like Figure 3 (like 1e-18), which is quite different from Figure 1. However when I output this value in the C file in my solver, the value is right, which is shown in Figures 4 and 5. Anyone knows the reason? Please give me some clues. I really dont know what is happening here. Thanks in advance. Maria |
