sampling writeControl issue -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

anishtain4 Senior Member Mahdi Hosseinali Join Date: Apr 2009 Location: NB, Canada Posts: 273 Rep Power: 18	Hi, I'm trying to sample my solution in a pipe at 0.2s intervals with openfoam 5.0. Time step is adjustable to keep the Courant less than 2, so time step is varying. When the writeControl is runTime, the sampled times are the closest to 0.2 requested, but not on point. When writeControl is changed to adjustableRunTime, it reduces time step from 0.008 to 5e-15 and never reaches the next time interval. Is this a bug or I'm missing something?
