Has anyone tried to use OpenFOAM 4.0, 5.0, or 6.0 to simulate fully turbulent flows? And did you observe transitions in your results or not?

I asked because even though I used the fully turbulent model in above three versions, there always exists a jump in my x/c vs. Cf plot, which indicates a transition. Also according to my x/c vs. TKE plot, the part near the LE has zero value of TKE, which indicates a laminar flow.

Thank you in advance for your input.

Best,
Peter
