Hi Everyone!
I have been running a RANS k-epsilon simpleFOAM case with a porous media using the solver rhoPorousSimpleFoam. I generally do not have trouble getting all residuals in the 1e-4 range. For whatever reason, the pressure residual is just not coming down in the latest case that I am working on. The mesh did fail one check but did not cause much issues during the run. The checkMesh log is as follow: ############################################# Checking geometry... Face pyramids OK. ***Max skewness = 12.461076, 270 highly skew faces detected which may impair the quality of the results <<Writing 270 skew faces to set skewFaces Coupled point location match (average 0) OK. Failed 1 mesh checks. ############################################# The residual plot is as follow which shows p being much higher than other scalars: Anyone have experience or had encountered similar situation before?
