Hi all,
may I ask you if it is possible to split a surface into - lets say - 20 equal spaced positions where we can track the data, e.g., the pressure value. There are functions for sampling for e.g., surface and patch sampling. However, I could not determine if there is a simple method to get the pressure at one patch at different positions. I guess the probePatch function is most suited.

Hi there!
I am here about the same question.. I've done it by cuttingPlane and pointAndNorma planeType... I've tried to put patchName there - but nothing changes... I have like all the points by surface plane, not intersection plane surface and my geometry... that's why now I write python script to grab only points on my geometry ( for me lowest Z points) if you find solution please inform |
