Hello guys,

My name is Ahsan and I am doing a thesis on floating bodies. Can anyone please help me how can I get the pitch response along the time for my floating body?

After the simulation finishes, in each time directory, there is a folder called "uniform", in there is a file called "sixDoFRigidBodyMotionState". From this file, I have been able to extract heave motion (from centreOfRotation). For example:
centreOfRotation ( 0 0 0.0635719114472 );

Kindly if someone can help me, how can I extract the pitch response? There is also another factor called orientation, but I don't know how to read that. For example:
orientation ( 0.999999999881 0 1.54541441232e-05 0 1 0 -1.54541441232e-05 0 0.999999999881 );

I need my pitch response in degrees.

It would also be very kind if someone can tell me how can I get RAOs (response amplitude operators) in heave, surge, and pitch.

Thanks a lot
