Hello Everyone,
I was wondering whether there are any solvers in OpenFOAM which can handle conversion of thin fluid film to VOF. I wanted to convert thin fluid film to VOF when the thickness of fluid exceeds beyond a certain limit. Highly appreciate any inputs. Many thanks, Poonkodi S |

Hi Poonkodi,
there's a solver called "compressibleInterFilmFoam" which does exactly this. Kind regards, Stefan |

Hi Stefan
Thank you so much for the reply. I did try to look into the solver but unfortunately couldn't find any papers or theory behind the solver. It will be very useful if you can share any info/papers on the solver. Best, Poonkodi S |
