Ryoko is on a distinguished road

I'm having issues with my interFoam simulation of a hull. I keep getting these random depth charge explosion artifacts. I've tried varying the mesh density and delta T, but I haven't been able to eliminate the problem. I'm using the settings largely taken from the DTC Hull tutorial. I'm guessing there's a value that needs tweaking. But I haven't figured out which one after a couple days of a messing with it. Suggestions?
