Hello,
I am quite new to OpenFoam and am currently writing my master thesis. I would like to use adjointOptimisationFoam to optimise a rather complex geometry of an inner flow for pressure loss. I have taken over boundary conditions from the tutorial case. I get a conjugate solution for the normal equations for a first order solver. With the adjoint equations it converges at first and at some point the time step continuity error becomes very large and the calculation stops. In the log I get the following error message (see picture) Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you! Chris Error_Adjoint.jpg |

I am also having the same issues. It would be really nice if we could get a bit of light here...
