Hello everybody,
Is someone out there, that could help me setting up a case with OpenFOAM and Overset meshing? I'm not new on OpenFOAM and have quite some experience in general use. However, working with Overset is a new challenge for me. I need to simulate a wing profile and everything converges fine, but somehow the results do not look representative (or look not how it should). There might be an error in the set-up. At the moment looks like this (see attachment). For me this looks not perfect, since only the mesh for the wing gives a solution. How do I calculate also the farfield? It would be nice if someone would be available for this kind of help and that I can send my case. I would provide also some more information, of course. I would really appreciate that! Thank you and kind regards! Last edited by foamerEnthusiast; March 29, 2021 at 15:34. |
