Dear Foamers,
I want to simulate the flow in a porous media. I have already tried using fvOptions with help of Darcy Forchheimer law. Inlet-->--Water-->--Porous-->--Water-->--Outlet It certainly produced a pressure difference at both ends of the porous. But, it did not produce a velocity change in the porous. What should I do to vary the flow velocity according to the volume fraction of the porous media? e.g. U_porous = U_inlet / Porosity Thank you. NITY |
