simpleFoam crashing

Hi everyone,

I am running a simpleFoam case of a flow through a pipe that is 30nm in diameter. It is encountering a crash as I have pasted below. Please help me understand what it means and how can I rectify the error. The case is very simple, just the length-scale of the physics is really small.

I guess the problem is the boundary conditions. But I would follow the following steps:

Check the tutorial angleDuct and the boundary conditions.

Try to reproduce a problem like this:

If It works, and your case produces a crash, the reason could be the size of the problem. Try to scale your problem.
