Dear all,
I am trying to add sediment to a pipeline with water for a simulation. As starters, I chose to use icoUncoupledKinematicParcelFoam. However every simulation I ran got the same error when I tried to visualise the simulation in paraview. The error happens when I open paraview and load the .foam file. It would close paraview and show the error "The label type is not set!" in the terminal. To compare results, I tried simulating the tutorial of icoUncoupledKinematicParcelFoam called hopper. But when I tried to visualise this in paraview it still gave the exact same error. There has been only one way where I could prevent this error, and that is by opening paraview, and before applying the .foam file I go to "Mesh Region" and uncheck "Lagrangian/KinematicCloud", then paraview can visualise the simulation without an error. Sadly this means that I do not see the sediment as well. I was wondering why this error is occurring to me and how I could solve this. |
