I used the externalWallHeatFluxTemperature BC file in OpenFOAM v2012 to apply to my solid surface and I followed the usage given in the externalWallHeatFluxTemperatureFvPatchScalarField. H file to set it up However, an error occurred while performing the calculation and the following error was reported.
request for solidThermo thermophysicalProperties from objectRegistry region0 failed available objects of type solidThermo are 1( thermophysicalProperties.solid)

What is the cause of this? I am attaching my T file settings.

I am not entirely sure, wether the boundary condition is the problem. If you read the error message carefully, you will notice that the message refers to the thermophysicalProperties.
I cannot say anything more to this, since i don't fully know the case.
