mpirun exit code 142

Hello,
I'm having trouble conducting a simulation in open foam; the simulation model is RANS k-w SST. Does anyone knows the the exit code error 142 and how to resolve the issue.

(error file is given below)

You can run without using MPI. It will show more detailed info about the error.
