Hello,

I am new to CFD through OpenFOAM. I am currently working on my project on oil spill around FPSO simulation. My project is to analyse the interaction between two different phase by using MPPICInterFoam. The aim of this project is:

1. To develop a multiphase CFD model for simulating oil spill dispersion around FPSO under various environmental conditions.

2. To quantify the effectiveness of dispersion methods in predicting oil spreading, advection, and diffusion in marine environments for improved spill response strategies.

I would like to ask for guidance of making this project happens. I'm not clearly understand how to use OpenFOAM through Ubuntu. To introduce the FPSO model on the water and to introduce the oil spill and then doing analysis on how the oil will disperse. I could be very thankful if I can have a full guidance of setting up this simulation from the very beginning. Is there any source I can refer to make this happen?
