Hey,

I have been browsing around this forum to try to find out how to run a simulation on a simple domain with a porous zone in OF.

In Fluent I can define a porous zone with ease, but I was wondering if anyone would be so kind, to explain how I proceed with OpenFoam.

I guess I need to move from my current favourite: simpleFoam, to a dedicated solver, right? Secondly, it seems that I need to setup the porosity parameters in a file, 'porousZones', which I should create in the constant/-directory, right? But, well - I need a straight-forward cookbook example, if possible.

Thanks, and best regards
Mads
