Where can I access the source codes for header files like fvCFD.H, createMesh.N?

You'll find them in your Foam-Installation with this command:

find $FOAM_SRC -name fvCFD.H


find $FOAM_SRC -path "*lnInclude" -prune -or -name fvCFD.H -exec xemacs {} \;

if you want an immediate look at it
