Hello,
I am trying to run my OpenFOAM code in two different HPC systems. it is running in one successfully, but in the other I had the following error. Is there anybody who has an idea? [1] [1] [1] --> FOAM FATAL IO ERROR: [1] incorrect first token, expected <int> or '(', found on line 0 the doubleScalar 2 [1] [1] file: IOstream at line 0. [1] [1] From function operator>>(Istream&, List<T>&) [1] in file lnInclude/ListIO.C at line 149. [1] FOAM parallel run exiting [1] [cli_1]: aborting job: application called MPI_Abort(MPI_COMM_WORLD, 1) - process 1 [8] [8] [8] --> FOAM FATAL IO ERROR: [8] incorrect first token, expected <int> or '(', found on line 0 the doubleScalar 2 [8] [8] file: IOstream at line 0. [8] [8] From function operator>>(Istream&, List<T>&) [8] in file lnInclude/ListIO.C at line 149. [8] FOAM parallel run exiting …………… PS: openmpi-1.4.1 and gcc-4.3 are installed in both. There is no difference between the compilers as I can see. |
