Hi,
Sorry, if this has been asked before. I've decided to start using OpenFOAM (experienced ANSYS CFX and Fluent user though) and have installed version 2.3.0 on my laptop with Ubuntu 12.04LTS, along with ParaView that came with it. I've had a quick scan through the User Guide and I see there are a couple of tutorials to start with (2D lid-driven cavity and breaking of a dam). As a complete beginner with OpenFOAM can anyone recommend useful books/websites/youtube videos to walk me through the application as well. Ultimately I'll be using OpenFOAM for my own external aero & hydro flows using RANS, LES and ILES (but not on my laptop!) with ICEM CFD multiblock structured meshes and to implement my own physical model's additions. Thanks |
