Dear Foamers,
Recently, I managed to compile my own solver, let say LeeHFDIBM3, in a cluster with openfoam version 3.0. After the was submitted, It was launched very well, but then always got terminated after several hours. I used walltime of 24 hours but the job was usually terminated at around 4-6 hours of walltime. The admin of the cluster helped me to check the error and found the following in the system logs: leeHFDIBM3 (19661): Using mlock ulimits for SHM_HUGETLB is deprecated is there anyone that ever experienced this kind of problem? Thanks and regards Novan |
