Hello OpenFoamers,
I want to model a small flow channel with a water turbine midway that does not have any impellers for reduced complexity. At the impeller location I want to have some sort of actuator disk in the domain where I can set the hydraulic power loss across the impeller to represent a pressure loss. Please let me know how I should approach this problem. Thanks, John |

I also have a similar problem but couldn't find any info regarding power coefficients.
