Hi guys,
When I use LIC to display oil flow on the surface of a body, I don't want colors to show up, whether they represent pressure, velocity or anything. However, this is what happened after using a velocity vector field to plot my LICs: Velocity.jpg Then I tried to plot the LICs using a normalized version of my velocity field (by creating norm(Velocity) in the calculator tab), and it gives this as an output: Velocity_norm.jpg In both cases, I'd like to get rid of the purple and green shades. Is it possible to do so? |

You should be able to do this by changing the setting "Coloring" from the current result data (normalized velocity..) to "Solid Color", then in the setting "Edit" will you be able to define your solid colour of choice. This will keep the LIC but will remove the result data coloring. Good luck with your work and hope that this will help you. Capture.jpg Cheers |
