Hi there,
I am trying to visualize octree data in Paraview, hopefully to be used with Gerris/Basilisk.
So far, I have managed to read a hyper octree file (*.vto) by enabling the XMLHyperOctreeReader. The files are attached. However, I have a problem enabling the HyperOctree filters in Paraview, which are required to do any useful operations on the data. I'd be the most interested in using vtkClipHyperOctree, as this returns an unstructured grid vtk object. To my knowledge one must write an xml file and load it in the plugin manager, but I don't know what the exact contents of this file should be.
There seems to be a desctiption here, https://www.paraview.org/Wiki/ParaVi...dding_a_Filter but a Clip filter also requires a clipping value, or an implicit function or something.
Does anyone know how to enable the vtkHyperOctree filters?
BR, Arne
