I had to do a fresh installation of windows 10 on my comp because it crashed. Before I had bash ubuntu version 16.04 with paraview 5.5 or 5.6 or 5.7 one of those three and everything was working perfectly at that time until after I reinstalled windows. I now have Ubuntu 20.04 lts and paraview version 5.8 for linux. Whenever I type the command paraview & in ubuntu it gives me this error.

I tried to go back to one of the older versions of paraview like 5.6 but it gives me a long list of fontconfig errors. I want to know why the inconsistencies when I installed everything exactly the same way and I just updated to ubuntu 20.04 and paraview 5.8 for Linux? Is it a bug? Or am I forgetting something? I searched the board for solutions and so far the solutions don't work for me. |

Does anyone have a solution for this here? Is there a thread similar to this on this message board or something is that why no one is responding?
