Did anyone have this problem before?
I am simulating the air flow in a small office with several blocks inside. EGWF =T. The wall, floor and ceiling are set as a plate plus a heat source(using patch and coval), which in my case is fixed temeprature. In the result file, I only found the print out of y+ for internal blocks. Those for the floor, ceiling, walls are not found. is it true that wall function is not used for the floor, ceiling and walls? Another question, in order to let the y+ fall into 30~130, do I need to put my first grid away from the wall far enough? ( I often heard of 'to put more grids near the wall'. ) Could anyone tell me which is right? thanks in advance. Guoqing |
