Default Processing speed

hi, im a user of windows phoenics, i have noticed that in some pcs, earth uses all the avilable processing capability, but in the com i usually work with, earth just uses 50% of the procesor, so, i want earth to use all the available procesing capability, do you know how to do this?

In file cham.dat, you can set the amount of CPU memory for the processor EARTH. The default value is 10000000 bytes, I think.
