Extrusion of a simple C-mesh

Hello,

Can anybody help me obtain a mesh similar to the one attached in the pictures (2D s809 airfoil) ? I am particularly interested in obtaining the same shape of the C boundary (with the convex 'tongues' on the right side of the domain).

I have seen something similar could be obtained with the Extrude->Normal command by adjusting the smoothness parameters but I never manage to obtain the convex tongues at the outermost layer of points.
