How to fix severely non-orthogonal faces

Hello,
I have a problem with severely non-orthogonal faces in my mesh. At first a little bit about my case. For a CFD class in my university we are divided into groups, which work on different problems. In my group we have to calculate the stationary solution of two mixed vessels. One with a rushton-turbine and the other with a pitched blade agitator. I meshed the model of the rushton-turbine (unstructured) with pointwise and tried to follow the "rushton turbine" example (and worked myself through their tutorials) from pointwise. If I check my mesh with examine -> "min. included angle" my highest included angle is 58.7. When I run checkMesh in OpenFoam it says: "Number of severely non-orthogonal (> 70 degrees) faces: 2768" and "Mesn non-orthogonality Max: 87.4 average: 21.9". I think that is the problem in my simulation and the reason my solver diverges. Now my questions: Is it possible to reduce the number of those faces with an option in pointwise? Is "min. included angle" a good way to indicate non-orthogonal faces? Attached are pictures of my pointwise mesh, the non-orthogonal faces (paraFoam) and the checkMesh-file. For the population of the blocks I used T-Rex with the following parameters: Max. Layers: 15 Full Layers: 1 Growth Rate: 1.3 (Push Attributes) Isotropic Seed Layers: 0 Collision Buffer: 2 Max.
